Partner Terms
The agreement between you and Cull AI Studio for the affiliate/partner program.
By applying to the Cull AI Studio Partner program, and again by accepting an approved code, you agree to these terms.
1. The deal
Once approved, you get a personal referral link and promotion code. Anyone who uses either gets 15% off their first payment (monthly or annual). You earn 35% of what they actually pay on that first invoice, after their discount — roughly $5.95 on a monthly plan, ~$47.30 on annual. This is a one-time bounty per referred customer, not a recurring share of later payments.
2. Approval and codes
Every application is reviewed personally; approval is at our discretion. Your code and link go live the same day you're approved. We may deactivate your code at any time, for any reason, without notice — commissions you already earned before deactivation are unaffected.
3. FTC disclosure
Any post, video, email, or message that includes your code or link must clearly disclose that it's a paid/affiliate relationship, per FTC guidelines (e.g. "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you use this link"). This isn't optional — codes may be deactivated for undisclosed promotion.
4. What's not allowed
- No coupon-aggregator or deal-site posting. Don't submit your code to coupon/deal-listing sites — it's for your own audience, not the open web.
- No bidding on our brand terms. Don't run paid search or social ads bidding on "Cull AI Studio", "CullAI", or confusingly similar terms.
- No self-referrals. Commissions are for customers you actually referred — subscribing yourself, or having someone use your code on your behalf, doesn't earn a commission.
- No spam, misleading claims about the product, or impersonating Cull AI Studio.
5. Payment
Commissions are held for 30 days after the referred customer's first payment (a refund guard) before becoming payable. Payable balances are paid out monthly, by hand, via PayPal to the email you provided, once your payable balance reaches $25. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. If you're a US-based partner approaching $600 in a calendar year, we'll be in touch about tax paperwork before that payout goes out.
6. Your stats
Your personal stats link shows clicks, trials started, paid conversions, and your pending, payable, and paid totals — plain numbers, updated live, no login required beyond the link itself. Keep that link private; anyone with it can see your numbers.
7. Ending the relationship
You can stop using your code any time — just stop promoting it. We may deactivate a code or end the program at any time. Either way, commissions already earned and not yet paid are still owed, subject to the terms above.
8. General
These terms sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; continuing to use an active code after a change means you accept the update.
